The Adams County Youth Initiative is proud to host, Cradle to Career Connect (C2C Connect) a web-based community partner system, where Adams County community churches, organizations and businesses can register and offer their resources and skills to Adams County Schools. (Currently only Adams 12 Five Star School District - additional districts to be added in this spring.)
If you are a registered community partner or school liaison with C2C Connect, you can log in using your C2C Connect username and password.
